Understand the problem

We start with a detailed consultation and examination.

  • This is where we take the time to understand your headache pattern, your health history, your concerns and your goals.
  • Your doctor will assess the areas that appear clinically relevant and gather the information needed to build a clearer picture.
  • Imaging if the doctor determines they are required

Findings & recommendations

Understand the findings and talk through the next steps.

  • Findings appointment included in the $117 fee.
  • Your second appointment gives us time to review what we found, discuss any relevant findings and explain what they may mean for you.
  • No assumptions. No one-size-fits-all plan. Just thoughtful recommendations based on what we find.

What happens during the assessment?

We start with a detailed consultation to understand your headache pattern, health history and goals, followed by an examination based on what appears clinically relevant.

What happens at the second appointment?

We review the findings with you, explain what may be relevant and discuss the best next steps based on the exam findings and your health goals.

Can you direct bill my insurance?

We direct bill most major insurance providers. Coverage varies by plan, and reimbursement is not guaranteed. A credit card on file is required for direct billing.

What does the $117 include?

The fee includes your initial consultation and assessment, plus your second appointment to review the findings and recommendations. Any additional costs will be discussed with you before you proceed.
