Expert Instruction. Custom Program.
Learn to Run directly from our expert coach as they guide you through our 12 week program. This program is delivered in a small group format to maximize your interaction with our coach as they work with you to achieve your running goals.
No Experience Required.
Whether you are an experienced runner or have never run before, our Learn to Run is for you. Our coach has run (and won) many marathons, including the Woody’s Marathon in 2016. She has a passion for running and wants to share that passion with you!
12 Weeks. 3 Phases.
You will progress with our coach through the 12 week Learn to Run program to ensure that you reach your personal goals.
If you put in the hard work, we will provide the motivation and training.
