We provide a wide array of nutrition services to people of the Red Deer area that are looking for assistance with choosing the right foods specific to your individual needs.
Your First Appointment
Meeting privately with our Registered Dietitian will give her the chance to get to know your personal needs based on a detailed history and nutrition assessment. Your medical history, current conditions, personal goals, and lifestyle will be discussed.
Once she has obtained all of these important pieces, our Registered Dietitian will be able to compile a personal nutrition plan for you. This plan often includes dietary suggestions, supplement recommendations and lifestyle modifications to improve your current state of health. From this point you will set up a nutrition schedule with our Registered Dietitian to ensure positive outcomes are being achieved.

There are two main reasons you may benefit from a detoxification diet.
- You have been exposed to heavy metals or other known toxins.
- You have had a period of over indulgence and/or poor eating habits.
A detoxification should always be supervised by a health care professional to ensure the proper methods are being used for your personal needs. Our Registered Dietitian will lead you to detoxification through dietary changes, supplement use and lifestyle adjustments. Duration and strength of the detox will be determined on a case by case basis.
