About The Role

Pure is seeking a passionate and collaborative Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) to join our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, and other allied practitioners. Our clinic is committed to a holistic, patient-centred approach that emphasizes proactive care and integrated health solutions.

As a Naturopathic Doctor at Pure, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in a supportive environment where collaboration, education, and innovation are valued. We are looking for a practitioner who is committed to empowering patients, building strong therapeutic relationships, and contributing meaningfully to the overall clinic culture.

Key Responsibilities

– Conduct comprehensive naturopathic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-informed, holistic principles

– Integrate care with other practitioners within the clinic to support collaborative treatment planning

– Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, supplementation, and other natural health modalities to promote optimal wellness and disease prevention

– Participate in case discussions and contribute to the overall treatment strategy for complex cases

– Refer patients to other services within the clinic when appropriate to support whole-person care

– Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and professional ethics

– Foster a welcoming, supportive, and respectful environment for all patients and team members

What We Are Looking For

– You are a licensed Naturopathic Doctor (or a recent graduate eligible for licensure) in Alberta

– You have successfully completed the Canadian Naturopathic Board Examinations

– You are passionate about integrative and preventative health and possess a strong clinical foundation

– You are a confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative care model

– You demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a deep commitment to supporting patients through their health journeys

– You are organized, efficient, and motivated to grow both personally and professionally within a team based environment

– You have a sincere interest in contributing to the local Red Deer community and the Pure clinic culture
