Busy schedules, family commitments and outside obligations drove Dr Heinzlemeir & Dr Rude to find the best possible way to workout in the most efficient time possible.
They ran, they lifted weights in the gym, they swam as well as many other types of physical activity, but in the end, they found that the best return on their time invested came from high intensity 30 – 45 minute workouts.
They became consistent at these workouts, started to modify and experiment with different diets and in the end came up with a great combination that seemed to have all the pieces fitting together.
It all began in a healthcare office.
As the Doctors started to notice increased energy, increased strength and get more toned, the things they were doing for exercise, diet and motivation started to sneak into day to day conversations with patients. At some point along the way one of their patients asked to workout with them… and the rest is history.
XLR40 was born out of a love of helping our community to become a much healthier place to live and the 2 Doctors are very proud of the impact it continues to have.
