Our Movement team offers personal training services that are done in the comfort of your own home and customized to your fitness levels, goals and needs.
This program is for all fitness levels – whether you are new to running or already have an established practice. Our coach is an experienced fitness trainer, marathon runner and marathon winner who has an intense passion for running.
Learn to Run is a 3-Phase program that is delivered in 4 week and 12 week program options – the 4 week program will take you through one phase; the 12 week program will cover all 3 phases with an overall goal of successfully completing a 5K run.
