About The Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Physiotherapist to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team at Pure. Our clinic is home to chiropractors, massage therapists, naturopathic doctors, and other allied health professionals—all committed to delivering exceptional, patient centred care through a holistic and integrated approach.

As a Physiotherapist at Pure, you will play a key role in empowering patients on their health journeys. You will work collaboratively with a team that values innovation, education, and a shared mission to support whole-person wellness.

Key Responsibilities

– Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect patient goals and evidence-based practices

– Collaborate with chiropractors, massage therapists, and other team members to ensure coordinated, interdisciplinary care

– Deliver hands-on therapy including myofascial techniques, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and taping

– Provide education to patients to support recovery, injury prevention, and long-term wellness

– Proactively refer patients to internal clinic services where appropriate, in alignment with their care goals

– Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and uphold professional and regulatory standards

What We Are Looking For

– You are a registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta

– You bring strong clinical reasoning skills and have experience in outpatient orthopaedics: experience with post-operative rehab and taping techniques

– You are comfortable working with or without the use of machine-based modalities and prefer an active, hands-on approach

– You value continued professional development and actively seek learning opportunities

– You are personable, empathetic, and able to build trusting relationships with patients of all ages and conditions

– You work well both independently and as part of a collaborative, team-based model of care
