About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join the multidisciplinary team at Pure. In our collaborative clinical environment, massage therapists work closely with physiotherapists, chiropractors, naturopaths, and other health professionals to provide patients with comprehensive, goal-oriented care.

Key Responsibilities

– Deliver professional, therapeutic massage services tailored to individual patient needs

– Participate in collaborative care planning with other healthcare providers in the clinic

– Recommend and communicate treatment plans clearly to clients

– Support patients’ recovery and wellness goals using a variety of massage techniques

– Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to internal case discussions

– Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and other supportive services within the clinic

– Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space

What We Are Looking For

– You are a Registered Massage Therapist with a minimum of 2200 hours of training and are currently licensed to practice in Alberta

– You are passionate about health and wellness, with a client-centred approach to care

– You are confident in your clinical skills and knowledgeable about the therapeutic benefits of massage

– You are a strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team

– You maintain a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and respect for all clients and colleagues

– You are organized, self-motivated, and take pride in providing consistent, quality care
